Lifestyle Realty Pty Ltd was appointed in July 2014, as the exclusive sales & marketing agents, to sell down the balance of developer stock in this iconic project ,which was originally released to the market in 2007. The developers retained a limited number of 2+, 3+ and 4 bedroom units and released 15 of them at current valuation prices in August 2014, which in some instances were as much as $190,000 below original list price. Lifestyle sold 14 of the 15 units during their 10 month contract.

CLIENT: MACQUARIE REAL ESTATE EQUITIES & LEIGHTON PROPERTIES
Lifestyle Realty was engaged as "Fractional Consultant" to prepare a Fractional Ownership model for the sale of 8 luxury Beach Villas within the Viridian Resort. The consultancy was for an initial 5 month period during which time Lifestyle prepared the Fractional modeling and marketing strategy for the product, as well as the PDS to take the product to market. Unfortunately prior to public launch the development was placed in the hands of the receivers in March 2010.
CLIENT: KINGSWAY FINANCE
Lifestyle Realty was engaged by the mortgagee in possession to undertake a sales campaign to clear the remaining 58 units in this serviced apartment complex. The feature of the campaign included a mortgagee auction for 50% of the stock which took place late 2009.

Lifestyle Realty Pty Ltd was engaged on an on-going basis by Leighton Properties Pty Ltd to review design, pricing, staging and investor offer for a 180 unit eco development on the beachfront at Kingscliff. This project did not proceed to market.

Lifestyle Realty Pty Ltd was responsible for establishing the joint venture for this $80 Million Dollar resort development on the Esplanade at Urangan, Hervey Bay. Peppers Pier Resort has delivered a new level of quality and sophistication to the Hervey Bay region. The development was launched to the public in July 2004 and opened in April 2007. Lifestyle Realty was responsible for sales in excess of $70 Million Dollars.

In August 2002, Lifestyle Realty Pty Ltd was engaged as exclusive sales agents to establish and operate the sales & information centre at Kingscliff NSW for the $500 Million Dollar Salt Village development.
